The collar is big and fairly inflexible, perhaps becuase of the heating zone in the neck itself. Regardless, it was going to be uncomfortable for my wife to wear, not to mention the vest was actually too big, even as an extra-small. It is located on the left towards the middle of your back. It would be so much nicer if it was located on the bottom inside on the left or right side of the jacket.
